I moved into Hot Shops 222 in October of 2007, and here's what's happened since. Added sewing machines, switched roomies, bought more fabric... At last I feel like it's settled down. Sandie (JayeStar) and I are now sharing the space, and we spent some time last week movin' 222 into the state you see it now. Much more inviting, and much more functional with the new layout. (Notice the additional Codes in the last picture.)

How the PlaiderPillars travel
So maybe it's not exactly a sewn item, but I thought you'd want to see how the monsters get around Omaha. My brother helped me completely change my '07 Ruckus this winter, and now it's finally getting nice enough to ride. It's so fun!

Smokin' on Easter
They're just candy cigarettes. But still...don't let the kids see us. I mean, we're just a walking ad for coolness in smoking. That's how Easter goes. And that's not Jesus smoking with us. My brother's beard is just getting to lumberjack-awesomeness-level. And remember...if your shrimp levels are getting low, increase white wine levels immediately.

Site is almost done! Cody is a busy guy, so I made him a deal: I'll start blogging about progress on a monster, and when the site is totally done, he can have it. So check back, and we'll just see if Cody is faster at finishing a site than I am at blogging about the monster.
